This 80,000 SF, 14-story office building conversion project was built in an eight-month schedule with limited staging space in downtown Denver.
W.E. O’Neil completed the interior demolition and window replacement with new floor-to-ceiling windows. The team installed a hydronic heat pump system, new boilers, and a rooftop cooling tower.
The features of this office building included new common area amenities, a conference room, kitchen, locker room, entries, and restrooms on each floor.
