Developed by Rendina, a recognized leader in healthcare real estate, this new, three-story medical office building is centrally located at the crossroads of Colonia de Salud and Highway 90 in Sierra Vista, AZ.
Surrounded by the Cochise Heart Center and Cochise Surgical Care, the 55,000 SF building is adjacent to the Canyon Vista Regional Health Center replacement hospital. The close proximity to the hospital services and amenities enhances practice efficiency and convenience for patients, medical providers, and staff.
The medical office building is a one-stop shop for its patients’ medical needs and features wound care, primary care, OB/GYN, Imaging, and physical therapy, including a therapy pool.
The building was constructed using a structural steel frame with a steel stud and EIFS exterior wall system. In addition, the project included 33,000 SF of interior tenant improvement work. Despite a very tight schedule, our team was able to complete the project in only eight months.
