With over 22 years of construction experience, Mike Funderberg’s technical background, managerial skills, and proactive attitude are highly valued and respected by clients and industry peers. His career includes numerous large-scale healthcare projects and large public projects. His relationships with clients and agencies and deep industry knowledge provide an exceptional understanding of the project types and foresight to ensure that proper resources are in place at every step.

Mike has a B.S. in Construction Management from Boise State University and is a member of the American Society of Healthcare Engineering, Associated General Contractors of America, and the Design-Build Institute of America.

In my eyes, thoughtful leadership comes from the heart and leads from curiosity and a sincere sense of wonder. It is a process of connecting with everyone around you on a deeper level and working our entire selves into the game. It requires high emotional IQ, humility, courage, authenticity, accountability, support, humor, and psychological safety.
