Banner Health Primary Care Clinics

W.E. O’Neil was contracted by Banner Health to renovate existing space at the Ina Road Primary Care Clinic, build out an existing shell building at the Cortaro Road Primary Care Clinic, and tenant improvement for Rita Ranch Primary Care Clinic

At Ina Road, W.E. O’Neil renovated 6,700 SF space on the first floor of an existing building. The build out, completed within an occupied building, included 12 exam rooms, a procedure room, blood draw, nurses’ stations, providers’ office space, reception and waiting area, clean and soiled storage, and restrooms. The project included modifications to the existing mechanical and electrical systems to accommodate the new spaces. Additionally, the work included a new exterior entry with automatic storefront doors and sidewalk.

The Cortaro Road Primary Care Clinic project consisted of the build out of an existing 5,600 SF shell building of a new primary care clinic for Banner Health. The project included 13 exam rooms, blood draw, nurses’ stations, providers’ office space, reception and waiting area, clean and soiled storage, and restrooms. The project also included modifications to the existing mechanical and electrical systems to accommodate the new spaces.

The Rita Ranch Primary Care Clinic project consisted of a 7,670 SF tenant improvement of the strip center space which was previously an urgent care center and includes 21 exam rooms.
