As President of Colorado, Matt is responsible for operational efficiencies, empowering his employee-owners, and integrating national expertise from the entire company.
His insightfulness ensures that our operations teams have all the necessary resources and guidance they need to achieve project success and to build lasting client relationships. Clients benefit from the most efficient use of their resources, resulting in saved time and money and the highest quality service.
Matt attended college in Colorado and fell in love with the state. His love for structural design, particularly concrete design, and a voracious appetite for problem-solving aligned perfectly with the industry and led to a life-long career.
Matt has been with WEO since 1999, when he joined as an intern only months after the Colorado office opened. His work includes all sectors, including commercial, residential, office, aerospace, medical, hospitality, warehouse, retail, and education.
