W.E. O’Neil built the new Novo Coffee kiosk in Concourse B at Denver International Airport. Our scope for the 400 SF project included building the kiosk, connecting the plumbing components, installing a new transformer and associated electrical work, and putting in all new lighting. Our team worked alongside top-notch trade partners to deliver the project on time.

Maintaining a construction site in the middle of one of the most active airports in the country brought along its own set of challenges. Meeting airport regulations, we installed dust walls around the site during construction and coordinated the installation of the airport’s locking system to ensure access to the site at all times for both the airport and the fire department.
