W.E. O’Neil transformed a former warehouse into a new office, shop, and storage facility for Building Supply Source. The renovations included constructing a new 6,250 SF office designed with CMU Block walls, interior finishes, new restrooms, breakroom, and showroom.
Steel trusses and metal decking was designed for above the office forming a storage mezzanine. New mechanical equipment was installed, as well as three new paint booths.
W.E. O’Neil wrapped up the construction with wiring and the installation of the woodwork tools and equipment to complete the scope of work.
