W.E. O’Neil was selected by Tennessee Board of Regents for the 40,000 SF renovation to the existing Finney Library at the Columbia State Community College campus.
The scope of the HPBr, three-story facility included
- Interior renovations
- Exterior renovations
- Updated finishes
- HVAC upgrades
- Electrical upgrades
- Plumbing upgrades
- Elevator upgrades
Re-roofing and development of a new plaza and walkway areas were also part of the construction. The completed facility now provides individual and group learning spaces, conference and meeting rooms, six group study rooms, as well as a breakroom/kitchen area.
