Originally built by W.E. O’Neil in 1994, Hampton Inn & Suites is located in close proximity to The SHOPS Gainey Village, Scottsdale Airport, OdySea Aquarium, and other Scottsdale attractions.
This project consists of the demolition and renovation of the existing structures which were in need of upgrades. The primary hotel building was structurally modified to receive a third level, and both the north and south wings received a two-story addition providing more space for future guests. The hotel features a new luxurious pool with upgraded courtyard amenities, as well as a new two-story atrium and welcoming porte cochere.
