Aegis Sciences Laboratories

W.E. O’Neil built this 20,000 SF state-of-the-art laboratory space for Aegis Sciences Corporation. A second project included 5,000 SF of support office spaces and renovation to the existing facility.

The design and construction was a collaborative, design-build effort between W.E. O’Neil, Hart Freeland Roberts, and Aegis. The resulting build included innovative approaches to laboratory layout and flexibility, lab gas and power distribution, as well as equipment exhausting.
