Building teams that win projects is Jennifer’s specialty. From small renovations to billion-dollar projects, she excels at connecting the right teams with the appropriate clients and opportunities.
For the Colorado region, Jennifer is bringing strategic focus to the team as she balances marketing and business development initiatives for the company. She takes pride in challenging the status quo and delivering on brand promise. Prioritizing quality, she leads by example, recognizing aptitudes in her staff and mentoring them to acknowledge and develop those strengths. Jennifer enjoys contributing to W.E. O’Neil’s Colorado D/E/I committee and is passionate about its mission.
