Raising the Roof on Michigan Avenue

W.E. O’Neil recently added a six-level addition to the top of 168 N. Michigan Avenue as part of the building’s conversion into the Arlo Chicago (formerly Hotel Julian). Doing this on a land-locked site on busy Michigan Avenue was a challenge. Check out the quick video below to learn about the innovative methods used to raise materials to the top.
