John Finn, W.E. O’Neil President (California), announced that HEARNE Construction, a San Diego Based General Contractor, has become the newest member of the W.E. O’Neil family of companies.

Bill Hearne, President of HEARNE Construction, has created a San Diego footprint in construction that spans more than 28 years.  The union of these two companies will bring to the San Diego building community the solid foundation of a San Diego-bred general contractor combined with the financial strength and expansive portfolio of the nationally acclaimed W.E. O’Neil brand.
