As a part of the developer’s vision of Live, Work, Play, MainPlace Mall Parcel 3 replaces existing above-grade parking garages. The second piece of the puzzle will result in new apartments, hotels, offices, and entertainment venues.
Parcel 3 is designed as a 443,526 SF, 410-unit multifamily development on a three-acre site. It will be a Type III podium apartment complex with five stories of wood-framed construction over a three-level above-grade concrete and steel parking structure and one level of subterranean parking.
Once complete, the development will add open-air courtyards, culinary dining, a music venue, and art walks.
This project is adjacent to MainPlace Mall and is the second of two multifamily developments being constructed by W.E. O’Neil on the site.
