Pat McGowan has been involved in construction for over 35 years, almost all of which has been with W.E. O’Neil. Pat started with us as a project engineer and has since held every position from superintendent to project manager to estimator all the way up to his current role of Vice President of Organizational Development.
Pat is responsible for overseeing the hiring of W.E. O’Neil Chicago’s professional staff and planning and implementation of all training and leadership development in the region. Additionally, Pat is responsible for implementing the Predictive Index as well as creating and developing our national Leadership Development Program which focuses on developing our younger staff into future leaders.
At the end of the day, you bet on people, not on strategies.
