Located in Chicago’s beautiful and bustling Lincoln Park neighborhood, this seven-story 172,000 SF assisted living center was completed for our longstanding senior living client Belmont Village.

Project includes 160 assisted living and memory care units, outdoor terraces, and two below-grade parking levels for 95 cars. Building features a post-tension concrete frame and a brick exterior that complements the existing neighborhood architecture.
