Bell Middle School in Jefferson County needed a 1,500 SF renovation and a 1,700 SF addition for classrooms and restrooms.
Our mechanical team added new exhaust fans, demolished existing gas piping, refurbished air handling units, and replaced boilers. In the process, we also removed the choir risers.
On the interior of the building, we installed 52,000 SF of new carpeting. Exterior improvements included an outdoor patio, expanded sidewalks, and modifications to utilities.
