Project Stories

W.E. O’Neil and Jim Baum: Decades of Partnership

Building premiere gaming and hospitality developments across California, Illinois, Louisiana, and Arizona markets.

This partnership began in 2000 on our first gaming facility project with the Rincon Band of Luiseño Indians in California, and included The Queen of Baton Rouge.

Recently, Jim joined us to reflect on our enduring prtnership and the lasting impact we’ve made together in developing premier gaming facilities, a true testament to mutual trust, shared vision, and long-term collaboration.

Testimonials

We’re slaying dragons when we build projects, and we have fun doing it. That’s what my relationship with W.E. O’Neil represents. I’ve worked with W.E. O’Neil for over 25 years across four gaming companies in five states, totaling more than $800 million in construction. From a temporary casino in California that grew into a major multi-phase development to bringing a riverboat casino landside in Louisiana, our like-minded approach and shared focus on relationships have been the foundation of this long-standing partnership.
