This project involved a 50,000 SF addition and a 35,000 SF front-of-house renovation to an existing landside facility, transforming the guest experience and relocating the water-based gaming operation indoors. The scope included a new gaming floor, an indoor smoking and gaming patio, and a 7,000 SF full-service restaurant featuring a cocktail lounge and entertainment venue. A DraftKings Sportsbook was integrated into the design, complete with a 28-foot video wall, 20 kiosks, and four betting windows. All work was executed within an active, operating environment, ensuring uninterrupted service throughout the construction process.
