As Vice President of Organizational Development for W.E. O’Neil nationally, Brad’s goal is to equip our leaders and managers to inspire their teams to realize their greatest potential. His experience in people operations includes recruiting and retention, training and development, and performance management. He produces WEOCON, our annual convention, mentors our Leadership Development Group, and facilitates our leadership team meetings and retreats.
Brad has been a guest lecturer at UCLA, Cal Poly Pomona, University of Illinois, and for the AGC in Colorado. He is a past member of the Industry Advisory Committee (IAC) for the UCLA Civil Engineering Department, a current member of Cal Poly Pomona’s CE Industry Advisory Board, and he serves on the Board of Trustees of Craft Contemporary museum in Los Angeles.
