Harrah’s Southern California Resort expanded its property through a two-story structural infill with seismic upgrades creating additional guestrooms. After construction, the property gained nine new rooms and three luxury suites. The work required rerouting MEP systems and upgrades to the existing plumbing system.
30,000 SF of site work included a design-build water feature, five new spas, a new fire pit, private patios, paver decks, and lush landscaping.
The 187-room hotel remained fully operational during all construction activities. All work was completed without interruption to hotel guests and operations.
