His ability to work on highly complex engineering systems and supervise trade partner productivity enable him to be an effective, decisive, and schedule-conscious Vice President of Estimating.
Daniel graduated from UC Berkeley with a master’s degree in structural engineering with an emphasis in mechanics and materials.
My favorite W.E. O’Neil value is ‘WE are One Team.’ I think of it like the Mandalorian Creed from Star Wars, where if anyone is having an argument they say, ‘This is the way.’ At W.E. O’Neil if anyone says, ‘WE are One Team,’ it instantly reminds us to work in the interest of the team, and not our own individual interests.
