A Certified Public Accountant, Lauren came to W.E. O’Neil in 2008 after starting her career with 11 years in public accounting. She first served our Chicago region for 7 years as accounting manager, and is currently controller for our corporate entity O’Neil Industries, Inc. She participates in Chicago’s Women of WEO (“WOW”) Chapter.
A fulfilling project is one that challenges me and involves problem solving and critical thinking. I also enjoy looking for and implementing efficiencies in processes. The icing on the cake is sharing these solutions with others within the company.
