Stu has a diverse construction background, from his beginning as a field laborer and framing carpenter to his growth into W.E. O’Neil’s Chief Estimator for the Colorado region. He is responsible for all estimating in GMP and competitive bid formats and plays a major role in our Colorado region’s preconstruction services.
Stu has experience with a diverse range of project types: educational, office, government, residential, retail, hospitality, and recreational facilities. His professionalism, dedication, and experience make him a great asset to the entire project team.
