Tommy Roof has been with W.E. O’Neil since almost the beginning of our presence in Arizona (formerly T.L. Roof) and has been an integral part of the Arizona region. His strong interpersonal skills and focus on client care has made him a liaison for many of our clients in Arizona. Tommy is a native of Tucson and has worn many hats throughout his career including field engineer, superintendent, and estimator until moving into project management and his current position as Project Director.
Due to Tommy’s versatile background in construction, he is able to support the teams in various functions, including business development, preconstruction, and project management.
Tommy is passionate about the local Tucson community, having served on several local and state non-profit boards including Pima Community College Foundation, Arizona Builder’s Alliance, and Tucson Metro Chamber of Commerce.
I love giving back to our community. It has been very good for me and my family. Whether involvement in not-for-profit activities or seeing a project that will improve our community, that is what drives me.
