Key Promotions in California: Congratulations Melissa and Lauren

In a relatively short time with W.E. O’Neil, Melissa has continuously demonstrated exemplary work ethic and strong management skills. With a passion for teaching, she is the founding member of O’Neil’s PE Council and is also a part of our Tech Committee and Leadership Development Program. Over the last 18 months, she has been valuable in the success of The Variel, a senior living project in Woodland Hills, CA.

Communicative in nature, Lauren takes a strategic approach to construction and has been a pivotal piece in our California offices’ collective success over the last few years. Spending the last year at Prado West, a 400,000 SF mixed-use and multifamily development in Dana Point, Lauren was a key factor in the project team’s success. Her willingness to embrace the obstacles thrown her way and to juggle critical issues simultaneously is unmatched.
