Site Work at Former McDonald's Plaza in Chicago Breaks Ground

To kick off Hines’ Oak Brook Commons development, W.E. O’Neil has broken ground on the site work at the home of the former McDonald’s Plaza in Oak Brook. This initial phase includes improvements to the 17.5-acre site in preparation for a large mixed-use development with apartments, a hotel, restaurants, office and retail space.
