W.E. O'Neil Chicago Tops Out the Lincoln Common Development

W.E. O’Neil recently topped out The Lincoln Common development after pouring 33,000 cubic yards of concrete to build two 20-story apartment towers, a seven-story office building and several retail core and shell structures in under 12 months.
