Project Win: Colorado School of Mines Residence Hall
W.E. O’Neil is proud to be the general contractor for the new Colorado School of Mines Residence Hall located at 18th and Illinois Streets in Golden, CO.
Construction will begin soon on the $33 million residence hall situated between Starzer Welcome Center and Weaver Towers. Residence Hall VI was designed by NAC Architecture and Anderson Mason Dale Architects and will house Freshman and Sophomore Mines students. The new 111,000 gross square foot facility will include resident rooms, lounges, a small dining venue and recreation space. It is with great enthusiasm that we are able to build a home-base for the bright students of Mines to begin their collegiate journey in engineering, applied science, and earth resource sciences.
Thank you NAC Architecture and AMD Architects for the rendering of what is to come.
