The Variel Now Under Construction in Woodland Hills, CA

The Variel, an eight-story senior living community in Woodland Hills’ Warner Center, has officially broken ground.

Los Angeles City Council member, Bob Blumenfield, joined the ceremony along with South Bay Partners, VTBS Architects, West Bay Senior Living, and W.E. O’Neil Construction. This will be the first senior living in Warner Center.

W.E. O’Neil is providing general contracting services for the new upscale senior living community, which will include 215 independent living, 94 assisted living and 27 memory care units.

Designed by VTBS Architects in coordination with Rodrigo Vargas Design, the new building features a beautiful and thoughtful design that blends with–and enhances–the surrounding Warner Center neighborhood. The architecture features a clean, contemporary and upscale aesthetic in a comfortable residential environment.
