Promotions: Congratulations to Stephanie Cotey and Kevin Mraz

W.E. O’Neil Construction is pleased to promote both Stephanie Cotey and Kevin Mraz to Directors of Special Projects. Cotey joined the firm in 2010 and has risen steadily within the company. She has managed the Special Projects group for the last several years, increasing the group’s capacity and expanding their clientele. Mraz, who has nearly twenty years of industry experience, joins Cotey as a Director to co-lead the business unit, which is focused on higher-velocity projects, smaller-scale improvements and ongoing asset maintenance. Both promotions will support the growth of the company and enable W.E. O’Neil to continually emphasize its commitment to its clients, regardless of the size or scope of a project.
