With 22 years of experience, Mike brings a technical background, exceptional managerial skills, deep industry knowledge, and a proactive attitude to W.E. O’Neil’s California region. Mike’s deep background in the healthcare industry and large public projects will strengthen and further our relationships and work in the public space.

Tony brings 17 years of industry experience and will help lead our infrastructure team in Chicago. His wide range of project experience, from small to large-scale, complex projects, gives Tony a unique perspective to provide a systematic approach to every project.
