This March, during the 25th annual Women in Construction Week and Women’s History Month, we celebrated the many women in construction who lend their talent and experience to the challenging projects that we build. From small tenant improvements to 20-story skyscrapers, we salute you!
In total, women make up 22.2% of W.E. O’Neil employee-owners nationally – more than double the industry average of 11%.
In support of our female employees, many of our regions have formed employee resource groups (ERGs) as a way to empower and learn from each other while making an impact in our local communities along the way. Learn more about these ERGs in our 2022 WIC Week feature here.
