Our client saw an opportunity to renovate an 1874 building in downtown Golden, Colorado, previously home to a grocery store and the Olinger Woods Chapel, a funeral home.

Restoring its past glory, W.E. O’Neil renovated an existing 10,000 SF, two-story office building into a retail space on the first floor and four residential units on the second floor.

Major exterior façade renovation to masonry and stucco included removal of the interior demising wall.
