2nd and PCH

2nd and PCH is an award-winning coastal experience connecting outdoor living with the SoCal lifestyle. This 214,000 SF lifestyle center offers five buildings of retail, restaurant, and entertainment venues in a relaxed setting with marina views. “Art and culture intersect with walkable streetscapes within a community urban village.”

In addition to the retail aspects of the project, the center is equipped with Wi-Fi, fire pits, a water feature, lush landscaping, dedicated bicycle lanes, and hospitality-focused amenities. The 10-acre center has two parking structures accommodating 1,100 vehicles.

• Underground utilities are 5’to 9’ underwater requiring dewatering of trenches
• The site required 20’ to 30’ rammed aggregate piers
