Motif on Music Row, an artisan boutique hotel, is a new seven-story 185,500 SF mixed-use project on Music Row—considered the heart of Nashville’s entertainment industry. This new addition to Music Row is on the site that was once home to the iconic United Artists Tower.
The new structure features 133 keys over an existing three-story underground parking garage. The project includes future “white box” tenant space on the first two levels, as well as amenities for guests such as a pool, fitness room, yoga studio, dog spa, bike storage, animal green space, and lounge.
