This 581,374 SF project consisted of constructing 545 apartment units and 840 parking spaces on two adjacent sites. Both building sites include three underground parking levels, a podium level, and four and five-levels of wood-framed housing units.
Altitude Apartments, like most big multi-family projects in California, were planned to be phased turnovers. The buildings are separated into 5 phases and each had separate TCO.
Construction of this project too place adjacent to high profile, fully operational, undisturbed, commercial, and retail establishments such as Howard Hughes Promenade, Center Drive, the 405 South on and off ramps, and 405 North on-ramp.
