Applewood Village Redevelopment

The Applewood Village Shopping Center, a 137,869 SF shopping center renovation, entailed creating four separate tenant spaces out of one space previously occupied by Walmart.

The scope of work included demolition and reconstruction of that core and shell building’s facade, roofing, HVAC, plumbing, electrical infrastructure, loading dock additions, and site improvements to accommodate the new tenants.
