Arden Englewood

Arden Englewood is a transit-oriented multifamily development with a four-story, 302-unit residential structure and a six-story precast parking structure.

A short stroll away from two light rail stations offering seamless access to downtown Denver and the surrounding region, the development offers studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units ranging from 570 SF to 1,550 SF. All units have washers and dryers, open kitchens, and, in most units, a private balcony.

The project included site demolition of an existing parking lot and utilities, landscaping, and off-site civil work such as pavement and curb and gutter reconfiguration. The residential building encloses the 440-spot parking garage and creates two interior amenity courtyards. Its orientation on the lot provides unobstructed views of the Rocky Mountains.
