Renovation was phased for this historic landmark Auditorium Theater in downtown Chicago.
Restoration work included paint analysis throughout the theater, restoring the proscenium and seating areas of the theater to the original colors and finishes with detailed painting work, replacing air-handling units and ductwork, and minor safety improvements.
Dressing room improvements and the construction of additional rooms in the basement of the theater were also include in the project’s scope of work.
