New 90-acre retail development in Dripping Springs, just southwest of Austin. The project involved construction of 125,000 SF of retail space, as well as a 32,000 SF movie theater. Concrete tilt-up walls were used as the structures for both the retail and theater spaces.
Exterior finishes at the development include exposed concrete, expressed as board form or sandblasted concrete, as well as textured architectural coatings, corrugated metal panels, and corten steel.
The project also involved extensive site work to prepare the land for construction.
Belterra Village was awarded the Austin Business Journal’s Commercial Real Estate Award for Best Retail Development in 2019.
