W.E. O’Neil broke ground on this 193-unit apartment complex in 2017. The construction consisted of three wood-framed builds, each of which are three stories totaling 177,900 SF and includes studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments. Bexley Silo Bend was built on 37.3 acres in West Nashville, in a historic area called “The Nations.”
