Formerly known as the Fresh Market Square Buffet, Carvings Buffet is a 12,000 SF restaurant with a 185’ long buffet. Sure to satisfy even the pickiest of eaters, it offers guests a multitude of options from sweets, Asian, American, seafood, Mexican, and Italian, along with a variety of fresh meats from the carved meat stations.
In true Harrah’s style in setting the tone for a unique experience, each of the seven stations is themed according to the fare and transports guests’ taste buds around the world.
The back-of-house kitchen received all new equipment and three new waitperson service stations. All renovation work was performed while the casino remained open and fully operational.
