Civitan Park, Phase II

W.E. O’Neil was selected to develop 25 acres for the second phase of the Civitan Park project in Clarksville, Tennessee. A portion of the elements that were included in the scope of work were site grading, drainage and utilities for three baseball fields, one ADA compliant “Miracle Field,” and a multi-purpose field area that can accommodate tournament play or a variety of breakout practice zones.

The construction also included a 2,464 SF concession building which houses the park’s restrooms, a 2,182 SF open-air pavilion, batting cage, dugouts, bleachers, and playground area.
