The State of Colorado Department of Human Services was a remodel project for the first-floor lobby and eighth floor.
The renovation of the first floor had a small meeting room, a centered reception desk with glass doors on either side, and new tile flooring.
Our team constructed new conference rooms, private offices, and break rooms on the eighth floor. W.E. O’Neil installed new flooring and Timely Alumatone sidelites and upgraded the interior windows, carpet, and lighting.
