Red Rocks Community College in Lakewood, Colorado required a five-phase renovation project on its campus. Numerous changes were implemented to renew and restore this 50-year-old building, including a new 5,800 SF interior foundation slab.

Specialty spaces constructed included: instructional recording and photography studios, art and theater labs, computer lab and tutoring areas, a complete finish refresh of the library, a complete remodel of 19 restrooms, and more standard tenant finish upgrades.

While still conducting the renovations, we also installed a new fire main throughout the building to prepare for future work.
