W.E. O’Neil upgraded this 10,000 SF high-end retail space, converting a core and shell in the Cherry Creek North shopping district into Denver’s first location of Crate and Barrel’s “CB2” brand, a contemporary home décor retail store.
Luxury finishes included wood and ceramic tile throughout the space, custom wood casework, brick veneer on accent walls, and level 5 drywall finishes for all walls and ceilings.
The mechanical and plumbing systems were added for the retail space and tied into existing building systems, including the master BMS System. A complete retail lighting grid (EMCS) package and associated power and lighting controls were also installed as part of this project.
