This five-story office building is stationed in Austin’s “The Domain,” a hot-spot destination for upscale boutiques, cuisine, and entertainment. This Domain project included a five-story, 160,000 SF cast-in-place office structure and a four-level precast parking garage to house up to for 692 vehicles.
We were pleased to work on this project with our long-time repeat client, Endeavor Real Estate. The Domain C1 office building provides a dynamic live-work-play atmosphere as part of the 3.5M SF office spaces at the The Domain, which is known as Austin’s second downtown. The building has a community-like feel, home to modern architecture, relaxing walking trails, lush landscaping, and a fun entertainment area.
