Partnering with the Tule River Tribe, W.E. O’Neil is building a new hotel and relocating the existing Eagle Mountain Casino located in the Porterville Airport Industrial Park in Porterville, CA.

Phase I of this exciting project features a new 190,000 SF casino with 1,750 slots, 20 gaming tables, and a 50,000 SF event center with 2,000 seats. Complimenting the new casino will be the River Steak House, a Grab-N-Go coffee shop, a 24-hour diner, and a sports bar and grill.

Phase II of the project will usher in a new 111,000 SF, 125-key hotel with a 20,000 SF banquet and conference space. The hotel will also feature a destination pool and an on-site brewery.
