W.E. O’Neil constructed a new sales and service dealership for Emich Volkswagen. This 2-story building was Volkswagen’s first example of its signature “White Frame” architecture in the Denver market, with an aluminum storefront and curtainwall systems with precast insulated panels at the service area. Exterior work included site development and remediation on a 4.7-acre site on spread footings. In addition to the sales showroom with offices, we incorporated departments for internal service, parts sales and storage, and administrative support.
