HCA CareNow Urgent Care, Cool Springs

W.E. O’Neil transformed a former restaurant into a 4,457 SF renovation and addition for HCA’s CareNow Urgent Care. The construction scope consisted of demolishing the existing 4,027 SF interior space and building an additional 430 SF.

The new healthcare facility includes

• Eight exam rooms
• Two triage x-ray rooms
• Laboratory
• Nurse station
• Drug screening office
• Breakroom
• Two business offices
• Three restrooms
• Reception area/waiting room

The exterior renovation included replacing the existing roof with the installation of a new composite roofing system. Other updates included slate shingles, painting the exterior building, landscaping, and parking lot with new sealant and striping.
